1. Scope
These terms describe the use of Creator Finder, developed by XOTOX STUDIO. The application is used to discover creators and manage outreach campaigns related to the developer's videogames.
2. Private nature and access
Creator Finder is currently a local, private tool for internal use. It is not offered as a public service, has no public accounts, and creates no general right of access. This informational website does not make the application publicly available.
3. Appropriate use
The user is responsible for using Creator Finder lawfully, reasonably, and consistently with third-party service policies. It must not be used for:
- spam or indiscriminate bulk communications;
- obtaining, inferring, or attempting to access private information;
- ignoring do-not-contact requests or bypassing duplicate controls;
- avoiding or circumventing quotas, restrictions, or technical measures;
- activities that violate Google, YouTube, Gmail, or other third-party terms;
- presenting internal assessments as official metrics provided by YouTube.
4. External services
Creator Finder uses YouTube Data API v3 through an API key and may use Gmail through incremental authorization: gmail.compose for drafts/sending and gmail.readonly only when reply tracking is activated. Details appear in the Privacy Policy. Their use is subject to the YouTube Terms, YouTube API Services Terms, YouTube API Services Developer Policies, Google API Terms, and relevant Google Workspace policies.
5. Communications and contacts
Contact routes must be public, appropriate, and associated with the creator or their representative. The user must review context and content before making contact. Any send through Gmail requires an explicit approval action.
Do-not-contact requests must be respected. Creator Finder provides states and controls intended to prevent duplicates, but final responsibility for each communication remains with the user.
6. Availability and changes
Creator Finder is provided for internal use in its current state. There is no guarantee that the application or external APIs will remain permanently available, operate without interruption, or keep the same features, quotas, or terms. XOTOX STUDIO may modify or stop using the tool.
These terms may be updated if the application, external policies, or use changes. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
7. Ownership and identity
Creator Finder and its identity belong to XOTOX STUDIO. YouTube, Google, Gmail, and their marks belong to their respective owners. References to those services describe technical integrations and do not imply a commercial relationship or endorsement.
